Q: I’m planning a European getaway this summer and really want to blend in. What Euro-style bathing suits can I find that are between surf-style board short and a Speedo? This summer, try your brown accessories with straight-leg tan dress pants and then add a crisp white dress shirt to create a perfect day-to-night warm-weather ensemble.
Q: For those insanely hot days, what are some suit options that will air me out to make sure I don’t sweat through my clothes and embarrass myself?
A: The best way to go when you have to wear a suit in the dog days of summer is to select a pants-and-blazer combo made from a natural and breathable fabric. Avoid heavy wool as it will have you sweating bullets. Instead, try a linen or cotton suit in a lighter color that will help deflect the sun’s rays, such as this khaki-hued suit. Also, ensure the suit fits you well but doesn’t stick to your body as you want to promote air circulation.
